Description

Delicious and cheesy Filipino rolls that are perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or processed cheese)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
  5. Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the grated cheese.
  7. Shape the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
