- 4 cups water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapenos, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add grits. Cook according to package instructions until creamy.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and diced jalapenos into the grits until well combined.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
- In another skillet, cook salmon fillets until flaky and cooked through.
- Serve the jalapeno cheddar grits topped with the shrimp, sausage, and salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
