Description

A delightful and colorful dessert made with layers of jelly and creamy custard, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet of jelly (any flavor)
  • 2 cups of water (for jelly)
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jelly according to the package instructions using 2 cups of water.
  2. Pour the prepared jelly into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  3. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Once the jelly is set, pour the custard over the jelly layer.
  7. Refrigerate again until the custard is fully set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
