Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread (white, whole grain, or sourdough)
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Layer slices of cheddar cheese on the bread.
- Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the cheese.
- Add another layer of cheese on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
- Cook until the bread is golden brown, then carefully flip to cook the other side until the cheese melts.
- If desired, drizzle with honey before serving.
