Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (or pork)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the spicy mayo dip:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Make the spicy mayo dip by whisking together mayo, gochujang, and lime juice.
- Serve warm with the spicy mayo dip.
Notes
You can prepare the meatball mixture a day in advance. Store in the fridge and simply shape and bake when ready to serve.
