Description

A comforting dish featuring tender beef and noodles in a rich broth infused with bold Korean flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups noodles (your choice)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: In a slow cooker, layer the thinly sliced beef, beef broth, vegetables, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir gently: With a firm hand, stir the mixture to ensure everything is well combined.
  3. Cook on low: Cover the slow cooker and let it cook for 6-8 hours, or until the beef becomes tender.
  4. Prepare the noodles: Boil the noodles according to their package instructions.
  5. Serve and garnish: Ladle the savory beef mixture over the cooked noodles and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

For a quicker version, use an Instant Pot; just sauté the ingredients before sealing and cooking under high pressure for about 30 minutes.
