Description

A delightful indulgence of crispy fries topped with smoky bacon, melted cheese, and fresh green onions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Frozen fries or fresh potatoes
  • 8 oz crispy bacon (or turkey/plant-based bacon)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Favorite sauces (ranch, hot sauce, or barbecue) – optional

Instructions

  1. Cook the fries according to package instructions or bake fresh potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Crumble the cooked bacon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Once the fries are crispy, transfer them to a serving dish.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the fries.
  5. Add a generous amount of cheese on top of the bacon and return the dish to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and drizzle with your favorite sauces if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For added indulgence, try topping with jalapeños or avocado.
