- 8 oz crispy bacon (or turkey/plant-based bacon)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or your choice)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Favorite sauces (ranch, hot sauce, or barbecue) – optional
Instructions
- Cook the fries according to package instructions or bake fresh potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a non-stick frying pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Crumble the cooked bacon into bite-sized pieces.
- Once the fries are crispy, transfer them to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the fries.
- Add a generous amount of cheese on top of the bacon and return the dish to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and drizzle with your favorite sauces if desired. Serve immediately.
