- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then poke holes in them with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Cut the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Top each potato with steak bites, shredded cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
