Description

A delicious and hearty dish featuring baked potatoes topped with juicy steak bites, cheese, sour cream, and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then poke holes in them with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  5. While the potatoes are baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  7. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  8. Cut the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  9. Top each potato with steak bites, shredded cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
