Description

Lotus Biscoff Tiramisu is a delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert, combining the rich flavors of coffee and creamy mascarpone with the unique taste of Lotus Biscoff cookies.


Ingredients

  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 200g Lotus Biscoff cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dip each Lotus Biscoff cookie into the brewed coffee for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  3. Layer the soaked cookies in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  5. Add another layer of soaked cookies on top of the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the second layer of cookies.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Feel free to add chocolate shavings on top for extra decoration.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
