Description
A tropical twist on the classic Italian dessert, this Mango and Passionfruit Tiramisu, also known as Mangomisu, combines the rich flavors of mango and passionfruit with creamy mascarpone and coffee-soaked ladyfingers.

- 2 ripe mangoes, pureed
- 1 cup passionfruit pulp
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mango puree and passionfruit pulp.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled coffee, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Layer half of the mango and passionfruit mixture on top of the mascarpone layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and mango-passionfruit mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, ensure the coffee is decaffeinated.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preference.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
