- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Once roasted, transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
