Description

A delightful dish featuring roasted cauliflower glazed with a sweet and spicy maple Sriracha sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Once roasted, transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
