- 2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the rice to the pan, stirring for 1-2 minutes to toast it lightly.
