- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Start by opening the can of peaches and draining the liquid thoroughly.
- Dice the peaches into small bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows.
- Pour the heavy cream into another mixing bowl and whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a clean mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the granulated sugar to the cream cheese, mixing until fully combined.
- Pour in the vanilla extract and blend until incorporated.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the diced peaches and mini marshmallows, folding them in gently.
- Sprinkle in the crushed pecans and stir gently.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving dish and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
