- 1 lb steak, sliced (beef sirloin or flank steak)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Brown the steak, cooking until a deep golden-brown crust forms.
- Sauté the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic until the onion is translucent.
- Add diced tomatoes and beef broth and let simmer.
- Mix in the pasta and bring to a rolling boil.
