A delicious copycat recipe for Outback Steakhouse’s famous Alice Springs Chicken, featuring tender chicken breasts topped with honey mustard, bacon, and melted cheese.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle honey mustard dressing over each chicken breast.
- Top each breast with two slices of bacon.
- Sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in honey mustard dressing for a few hours before cooking.
