Description

Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional burgers, packed with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, grated carrots, chopped onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Take a cabbage leaf and spoon some of the mixture onto the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the cabbage leaf over the filling and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Repeat with remaining leaves and filling.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage burgers.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and slightly golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
