Description

Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna is a delicious layered dessert that combines the rich flavors of peanut butter, cream cheese, and whipped topping, all nestled between layers of cookie crumbles.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of peanut butter cookies
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Instructions

  1. Crush the peanut butter cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the cookie crumbs at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the cookie layer.
  6. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookie crumbs, peanut butter mixture, and chocolate chips.
  8. Drizzle with milk over the top layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy.
