Description

A decadent layered dessert combining graham crackers, peanut butter, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 ¾ cups milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • ½ cup crushed peanuts
  • ¼ cup melted peanut butter (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a medium bowl. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 dish.
  2. Make the peanut butter filling: Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Layer the peanut butter mixture: Spread the creamy filling evenly over the crust.
  4. Prepare the chocolate pudding: Follow package instructions and pour it over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Add the whipped cream: Spread whipped cream over the pudding layer.
  6. Garnish: Sprinkle crushed peanuts and drizzle melted peanut butter on top.
  7. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Notes

Letting the lasagna chill allows the flavors to meld beautifully. It’s great for make-ahead preparation.
