- 1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
