Description

A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pizza, featuring cottage cheese as the base for a protein-packed meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
