Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sweet potato rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potatoes, ensuring each one gets coated.
