- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
- Season the pork pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add diced jalapeños and minced garlic; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice, then pour over the pork.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.
