Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the chicken on a sheet pan and arrange lemon slices around it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
