Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cheese to the egg mixture, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
