Description

Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the sausage on all sides.
