A delicious fusion of smoked bacon, macaroni and cheese, and cheeseburger flavors stuffed into bell peppers for a unique and satisfying dish.

- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup macaroni
- 4 slices smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ground beef, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, crumbled bacon, ground beef, cheddar cheese, milk, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the macaroni and meat mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite spices or toppings.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the stuffing mixture.
