- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish lightly.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press into the pie dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
- Cream together softened butter and brown sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and mix in the flour until combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the cookie dough mixture into the cooled graham crust, spreading evenly.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the cookie dough filling, swirling gently with a spatula.
- Cover the pie with mini marshmallows.
- Return the pie to the oven for 10-12 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow the pie to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Make ahead by preparing the crust and cookie dough a day in advance. Store them separately and assemble when ready to bake.
