Description

A deliciously decadent dessert featuring a creamy cookie dough base topped with rich chocolate and caramelized marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish lightly.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press into the pie dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  3. Cream together softened butter and brown sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and mix in the flour until combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon the cookie dough mixture into the cooled graham crust, spreading evenly.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the cookie dough filling, swirling gently with a spatula.
  6. Cover the pie with mini marshmallows.
  7. Return the pie to the oven for 10-12 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Allow the pie to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the crust and cookie dough a day in advance. Store them separately and assemble when ready to bake.
