Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the beef roast with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce around it.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
