Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
