- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- While the potatoes are roasting, cook the steak bites in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked to your liking.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the steak.
- Once the broccoli is tender, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the steak and broccoli, allowing it to melt.
- Serve the steak bites with crispy potatoes on the side.
