Description

A delicious and satisfying dish featuring tender steak bites, crispy potatoes, and cheesy broccoli, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are roasting, cook the steak bites in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked to your liking.
  5. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the steak.
  6. Once the broccoli is tender, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the steak and broccoli, allowing it to melt.
  7. Serve the steak bites with crispy potatoes on the side.
