- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Sliced Fresh Strawberries
- 8 slices Brioche or Texas Toast
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Butter for Frying
- Toppings: Maple syrup, powdered sugar, extra strawberries, and whipped cream
Instructions
- Blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over 4 slices of bread, press down sliced strawberries, and top with another slice of bread to make a sandwich.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and additional vanilla extract in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Cook each sandwich for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
Notes
For a make-ahead option, prepare the filling and assemble the sandwiches in advance. Store in the fridge until ready to fry.
