- 4 small sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Shredded lettuce

- Worcestershire sauce

- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and dice sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- While sweet potatoes bake, heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef for about 8 minutes; add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings, mixing well.
- Assemble your bowl: start with shredded lettuce, then add roasted sweet potatoes and cooked ground beef, garnishing with red onions, diced tomatoes, and pickles.
