Delicious chicken twists glazed with a sweet and savory mango sauce, perfect for any gathering.

- 2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Combine the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Immerse the chicken breasts in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated chicken on it. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- If searing, place marinated chicken in the hot skillet, cooking for about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Marinate chicken overnight for enhanced flavors. Can be made in an air fryer as well.
