Description

Taco Bell Mexican Pizza is a delicious and satisfying dish that combines the flavors of Mexican cuisine with a pizza twist, featuring layers of seasoned beef, beans, and cheese on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 crispy pizza crusts
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup seasoned ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread refried beans evenly over one of the crispy pizza crusts.
  3. Add the seasoned ground beef on top of the beans.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  5. Place the second pizza crust on top and press down gently.
  6. Spread taco sauce over the top crust.
  7. Top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
