A quick and delightful recipe for Tasty Potsticker Stir Fry that combines crispy potstickers with fresh vegetables and a savory sauce.

- 1 package of frozen potstickers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove potstickers and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
- Return potstickers to the skillet and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve with extra soy sauce on the side.
