Description

A quick and delightful recipe for Tasty Potsticker Stir Fry that combines crispy potstickers with fresh vegetables and a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Remove potstickers and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Return potstickers to the skillet and add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with extra soy sauce on the side.
