- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
- Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with spring onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
