Description

Veg Street Noodles are a delicious and vibrant dish that combines a variety of vegetables with noodles, seasoned with flavorful sauces and spices, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste and garnish with spring onions before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
