Description

Delicious whipped coffee ice cream sandwiches that combine the rich flavor of Dalgona coffee with creamy ice cream between two cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant coffee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cookies of your choice (for sandwiching)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  2. Whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped coffee mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Spread the whipped coffee ice cream between two cookies to form a sandwich.
  6. Freeze the sandwiches for at least 2 hours before serving.
