- 200g Udon Noodles
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Carrots, Broccoli)
- 2 Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
- Sesame Seeds for Garnish
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the minced ginger and garlic and sauté until just beginning to brown.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan along with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Fold in the chopped green onions and stir one last time.
- Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
