Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or firm tofu
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Start by washing and chopping your vegetables into even-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the Protein: In a mixing bowl, combine your protein with oil and seasonings. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Toss with Vegetables: Add your chopped veggies to the bowl. Mix them until everything is evenly coated in seasoning.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer to Air Fryer Basket: Carefully place your marinated protein and vegetables in the basket, spreading them evenly.
