Description

Fresh salmon wrapped in warm tortillas with a crunchy zesty slaw and a burst of lime.


Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Fillets
  • 4 Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cabbage (Green or Red), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Optional Toppings: Avocado, cheese, or salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily.
  5. Prepare the zesty slaw by mixing cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  7. Flake the cooked salmon into pieces.
  8. Assemble the tacos with salmon and top with zesty slaw.
  9. Add any additional toppings.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy.
