- 4 Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup Cabbage (Green or Red), thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Optional Toppings: Avocado, cheese, or salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily.
- Prepare the zesty slaw by mixing cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Flake the cooked salmon into pieces.
- Assemble the tacos with salmon and top with zesty slaw.
- Add any additional toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
