Description

Aloo Gobi is a classic Indian dish of spiced potatoes and cauliflower, featuring vibrant colors and earthy flavors that comfort and delight.


Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Naan or rice for serving

Instructions

  2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  3. Incorporate minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes and cauliflower florets.
  5. Sprinkle in turmeric, coriander, and salt.
  6. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once tender, sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
