  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apples: Start by cubing your Honeycrisp apples and tossing them with the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  2. Make the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine ingredients: Gently fold the cubed apples, sliced celery, halved grapes, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries into the bowl with the dressing.
