Description

A vibrant and refreshing Asian Carrot Salad bursting with flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, grated
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the grated carrots in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and a pinch of red pepper flakes in a separate bowl.
