Instructions
- Grate the carrots: In a large mixing bowl, use the grater to shred the carrots finely.
- Whisk the dressing: In a separate bowl, combine sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and chili paste. Whisk until well blended.
- Combine: Pour the dressing over the grated carrots and toss gently to coat.
- Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds and add fresh cilantro or green onions.
