Description

Golden, flaky croissants filled with savory ham and melted cheese, perfect for brunch or a comforting snack.


Ingredients

  • Croissant Dough
  • Deli Ham
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Mustard (optional)
  • Egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough to about 1/4-inch thick and cut into triangles.
  3. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each triangle. Add mustard if desired.
  4. Start from the wide end and carefully roll the dough towards the tip to form a croissant shape.
  5. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Can prepare croissants in advance and refrigerate before baking. An air fryer can also be used for a quicker version.
