Ingredients
- Croissant Dough
- Deli Ham
- Cheddar Cheese
- Mustard (optional)
- Egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough to about 1/4-inch thick and cut into triangles.
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on each triangle. Add mustard if desired.
- Start from the wide end and carefully roll the dough towards the tip to form a croissant shape.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Can prepare croissants in advance and refrigerate before baking. An air fryer can also be used for a quicker version.
