Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Arrange mixed vegetables around the salmon.
  5. Drizzle the Dijon honey mixture over the salmon and vegetables.
