Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or oil

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by greasing it generously.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the rolled oats, flour, sugar, milk, melted butter, and egg to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract.
  5. Stir everything together until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
