Instructions

- Sprinkle in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract.

- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
