Description

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in mashed bananas, sour cream, flour, and milk until combined and smooth.
  6. Pour the banana cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set but still jiggles slightly.
