Description

A vibrant and delicious Bang Bang Salmon dish with a sweet and spicy sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce until creamy.
  3. Stir in the sesame oil and adjust for taste.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush both sides with the bang bang sauce.
  6. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Make the bang bang sauce a day in advance for better flavor. Serve with quinoa salad or steamed broccoli for a complete meal.
