- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce until creamy.
- Stir in the sesame oil and adjust for taste.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush both sides with the bang bang sauce.
- Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
