Description

Delicious and wholesome berry oatmeal snack bars, perfect for breakfast or an energizing snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Almond or Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the rolled oats, mixed berries, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and press down evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  6. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use certified gluten-free oats. These bars can be frozen for longer storage.
