Ingredients

- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Almond or Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine the rolled oats, mixed berries, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and press down evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use certified gluten-free oats. These bars can be frozen for longer storage.
