Grilled chicken marinated with a creamy, zesty mixture that enhances flavor and tenderness.
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs chicken meat (thighs, breasts, or drumsticks)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp sea salt
- Ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 to 3 tbsp fresh, chopped dill
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, smoked paprika, and dill in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
- Place chicken in a sealable plastic bag or bowl, and pour marinade over it.
- Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat before grilling.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill, discarding any leftover marinade.
- Grill each side for 6–8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest chicken for 5 minutes after grilling before serving.
Notes
Make ahead by marinating the chicken overnight for improved flavor.
